The buildings of the Council for Mutual Economic assistance - CMEA (now a complex of buildings of the Moscow Government) was built on the Bank of the Moscow river in 1963-1970 architects M. To the right is decorated with colorful mosaics cylindrical housing a conference hall for 1000 seats.
